(or equivalent company name), residing at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 (Ireland) (hereinafter "Facebook") for those treatments covered by the Facebook Appendix for data controllers accessible at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum.
Tripodland and Facebook have entered into the relevant data controller agreement to determine their respective responsibilities for compliance with their obligations under the Data Protection Regulations with respect to joint processing (as specified in the applicable Product Terms).

Facebook Ireland Ltd.: Tripodland maintains contracted the services of Facebook Ireland Ltd. with registered office at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland, (hereinafter "Facebook"), for the provision of marketing services and online advertising among others, who acts in his capacity as processor of personal data processed for the creation of audiences through the tool called custom audiences. The custom audiences service aims to create audiences among Facebook users from the lists of customers of Tripodland that Tripodland has been able to provide to Facebook in a completely anonymized way. Therefore, the personal data protection regulations do not apply to this treatment.
The legitimate interest of Tripodland, derived from the contractual relationship established by registering in the social network of which you are a user to impact you in relation to products and services of Tripodland that are related to your interests.
From Tripodland will not share your data with other third parties without first obtaining your consent, except in those cases where it is necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations to which Tripodland is subject at all times by its nature and activity.
